Run your own brokerage box inside the platform

Brokers manage their own company profile, users, workflow cadence, and assignments without gaining full system-admin authority.

Main Areas Used

My Work Company Settings Company Onboarding Company Compliance Library User Directory Create or Edit User Feature Library Role Access Templates Task Template Design Workflow Map Workflow Exceptions Center

Daily Workflow

  1. Start in My Work to see company bottlenecks and due-now activity.
  2. Use the broker Admin Settings views to manage only your brokerage users, contacts, assignment caps, company onboarding, and company compliance files.
  3. Use Task Template Design and Workflow Map when your brokerage needs a clearer company-level cadence.
  4. Review blocked files and approvals without stepping into full platform-admin tools.

What This Role Can Do

  • Manage users inside the brokerage lane
  • Work inside a secure brokerage container that keeps your clients, asset managers, agents, vendors, and company records separated from other brokerages
  • Maintain brokerage profile, office addresses, and assignment thresholds
  • Open focused company-admin views for Company Settings, Company Onboarding, and Company Compliance Library
  • Shape company-specific workflow cadence and role access inside the brokerage box
  • Review company workload, blockers, and exceptions

What This Role Should Avoid

  • Modify global admin-only security or system-wide access rules
  • Assume visibility into unrelated brokerages or client containers

Success Standard

The brokerage runs cleanly inside its own secure container, users stay current, assignment load stays healthy, and company-specific workflow rules support the team without exposing unrelated companies or clients.

This role guide is public so teams can train and onboard before signing in. Live access to the actual screens still depends on approved rights inside the platform.
