How To Use It

1. Open one asset at a time.
2. Review status, stage journey, portfolio label, and workflow type first.
3. Use Next Best Action and blockers before manually changing stages.
4. Use comments and tasks to document movement instead of relying on memory or outside messages.
5. Store water, electric, and gas accounts by provider plus account number so future utility emails can be matched even when the property address is missing.
6. When a utility bill email comes in, make sure the sender pattern and account number on the asset utility record are accurate so the system can route it cleanly.
7. Use the Asset Library photo packet builder when a manager or client needs a clean PDF set of property photos without leaving the system.
8. When a commission disbursement is needed, use the Workbench CDA link so the property, assigned-agent, and transaction context prefill automatically.
